We are proud of our work and sometimes photograph finished projects. Where a photograph could identify your property or household, we ask for your permission before publishing it, and you may withdraw that permission later.

If you provide a testimonial, we may publish your first name and the general nature of the project alongside it. We will not publish your full address, contact details or any information you ask us to keep private.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Project records, warranties and financial documents are retained for the period required by law and for as long as a warranty may be claimed.

Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short administrative period during which we process the removal. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it securely.
