A neighbourhood crew with a full toolbox
Nest Fix Hub started the way many good ideas do: with a homeowner standing in a half-finished kitchen wondering who to call next. One trade left a mess, another disappeared for a week, and nobody could explain why the budget had drifted.
We decided to build the opposite experience. Rather than adding another specialised contractor to the pile, we gathered the skills a home actually needs — decor and interiors, exteriors and gardens, roofing, solar, windows, flooring, bathrooms, plus the less glamorous but essential work of security, fire safety and warranty guidance — and put them behind one friendly front door.
Today we plan renovations as a single story instead of a stack of disconnected jobs. That means the flooring you choose fits the door heights we install, the bathroom ventilation is sized for the shower you picked, and the roof replacement is scheduled before the solar panels ever arrive. It is unglamorous coordination, and it is exactly what makes a renovation feel effortless.
